Imagine

Imagine........
A child 11.5 years old leaving the island of your birth and the only family that you have known all your life. Imagine that child going to a foreign country, to a culture oh so different to what that child is accustomed to. Imagine leaving grandmas, aunts, uncles, older brother, cousins, teachers, friends, neighbors, pets to live with a mother and father, brother and sister that you do not know and the only connection to them has only been pictures. Imagine that child going to the airport for the first time with a grandma, uncle and a big brother for that child to travel on board an airplane alone to live in that foreign country with the family she does not know.
